MMA Fitness is taught by certified personal trainer, Jon Brush. MMA Fitness is a class based on cardio, weight training, kickboxing & endurance. This is a 45 minute class that will undoubtedly get you into the best shape of your life!
What drew me to Pro-Am over other mixed martial arts gyms is the family atmosphere. While I get a chance to train with world class martial artists and MMA fighters, my 5 year old son has the same level of quality instruction.
