In our Fitness Kickboxing program, you will receive a fun, high-energy, cardio workout! Our expert instructors not only teach basic punching and kicking skills, but also strength and conditioning techniques used by many professional athletes. If you’re looking to loose weight or tone up while having fun then this class is definitely for you!
In our 45 minute class you’ll be working out on the punching bag, utilizing medicine balls and weights, all to upbeat energizing music. No person-to-person contact is involved so its safe for adults and teenagers alike.
Prior martial arts experience is not required — we have beginners, intermediate, and advanced students in all of our classes. We guarantee you’ll be punching and kicking your way into better shape, and having a great time doing it!
