Our Boxing program utilizes boxing techniques and training methods used by Professional and Amateur fighters. You will not only learn the fundamentals of boxing, you will train like a boxer as well. At Pro-Am Mixed Martial Arts, you will understand the flow and movement of boxing, develop speed and technique, and learn killer defensive skills. All classes offer a full-body fitness workout, cardiovascular exercise, and crucial strength and training. Pro-Am's Boxing coaches will work you into shape utilizing jump rope, pad work, heavy bags, and sparring. Pro-Am trains both professional and amateur fighters so you can be rest assured that the technique and workouts you will learn are the same as the pros.
