Judo is a form of self-defense that allows the user to use their opponent's momentum against them and includes several different types of throws, joint-locks, pins, and chokes. Judo not only challenges the body, but the mind as well.

Our Judo program includes classes for adults and youth, with beginners, intermediate, and advanced students in every class.  Our experienced instructor is guaranteed to give you a good workout and teach you the fundamentals of Judo, all while having fun!
